We think the Callaway XR16 Fairway Wood (increased MOI, higher launch from the whole face, and improved aerodynamics) is a nice step forward in making this club easier to use from the fairway, the tee-box, light rough, and even fairway bunkers.

What transforms the Callaway Golf XR16 Fairway is the weight saving made in the lightest ever crown.


This means the footprint can be stretched, which allows the designers to place weight even further back from the face and low down, of course.
